About Mandy

Co-Clinical Director
Corvallis and Eugene Locations

Mandy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a clinical member of the AAMFT (American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy). She specializes in relationship issues and works with individuals, couples and families. Mandy has a professional reputation for being able to establish connections with a wide variety of people. A Willamette Valley native, Mandy has also traveled extensively throughout Latin America and is fluent in Spanish.

Mandy is a graduate of the University of Oregon's Couples & Family Therapy Program and has degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Western Oregon University. She is also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and supervises therapists and supervisors in training both at Eugene Therapy and as an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon.

Mandy's no-nonsense, direct approach to counseling is appreciated by her clients who seek understanding and empathy but with a dose of blunt straightforwardness that many clients say makes Mandy an effective therapist. After six years as a therapist, Mandy believes that a caring, non-judgmental approach to therapy is a key ingredient to fostering meaningful change. Her work is strengths-based and she believes that most people have the inherent tools and abilities they need to accomplish their goals.
