Taylor is a private-pay therapist who has completed her Master’s training at the Couple’s and Family Therapy Master’s program at the University of Oregon.
She is very excited to be a part of Oregon Counseling, working with individuals, couples and families in the community.
Taylor believes that therapy is a unique and empowering process in which the client’s context, strengths and areas for growth are collaboratively explored. Taylor works from a strengths-based, solution-focused lens and strongly believes that every client has the ability to achieve their therapeutic goals through small consistent changes. Taylor knows that her clients already possess the resources within themselves to achieve the change they are looking for, and she also creates a safe and non-judgmental environment for every client.
Outside of the therapy room, Taylor enjoys watching movies, running, exploring new places and spending quality time with her family and friends.
