Areas of Focus
Marina is a private-pay therapist with a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy. She enjoys working with individuals, couples/intimate partners, and families.
Marina views therapy as a collaborative experience in which she and the client can work together to identify challenges and opportunities for growth. She utilizes a strengths-based approach and does so by supporting the client and understanding their context and background.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Black Lives Matter movement, Marina is prepared to discuss important world events and the impact they have on clients. She sees the therapy space as a place where clients can share openly about the things in their lives that affect them. During the therapy process, Marina hopes to cultivate a warm, non-blaming environment where clients can determine what they want their path forward to look like.
Outside of the office, Marina enjoys bike riding, hiking, painting and playing piano.
