Jenny is a graduate student in the Couples and Family Therapy program at the University of Oregon. In her previous career she was a teacher, and she enjoys working with people in every stage of life.
Jenny views therapy as a collaborative process, a partnership between client and therapist where we create the conditions for positive change to occur. Her approach is systemic and holistic: we are relational beings, and we can find a healthy balance between honoring our individual needs and nurturing our relationships. She strives to create a therapeutic environment is safe, warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental for every person.
Outside of the office, Jenny loves to cook, spend time with family and friends, and go on long, quiet walks outdoors.
